GLOVER'S ALLEY

Glover’s Alley is a sensational fine dining restaurant located in St. Stephen’s Green, one of the most active areas in Dublin city centre. The venue is run by the multi-Michelin star winner Andy McFadden, who is an astounding chef. Together with a talented team of chefs, assistants, sommeliers and wait staff, the service is smooth, friendly and very professional. Andy has worked closely with Ireland’s most dedicated food producers to create a series of unique and exciting dishes, all of which reflect his signature style of French-influenced elegance and refinement.
Glover’s Alley offers an incredible room and sensational food with a French taste, making it the most exciting new restaurant in Dublin. If you’re a food lover, you will tumble head over-heels as the restaurant offers refined, contemporary food with an attentive and caring service in a luxurious dining venue overlooking Dublin’s spectacular St Stephen’s Green.
The dishes deliver small bursts of startlingly pure and assertive flavours, creating a battle of various tastes. The cuisine tends to be international, with Asparagus tagliatelle and suckling pork being some of the best dishes. A delicious little granita of raspberry and pomegranate produced by head pastry chef Aoife Noonanis is a sublime pre-dessert that is followed up by a stunning selection of main desserts.
The luxurious tasting menu is for €105 or €195 with wines. The 2-course meals start from €40 while a 3-course a-la-carte dining is for €85.
