Taste at Rustic is a fine dining restaurant that recently opened in the heart of Dublin. The restaurant’s owner is Dylan McGrath, a well-known chef who previously owned the one Michelin star restaurant “Mint”. Dylan offers a complete food experience with flavours and tastes that are influenced by Spain, South America and especially Japan. It is not a sushi bar, but rather a lush restaurant with a selection of the rarest beef cuts and other top-quality meat dishes.

Dylan’s unique, creative style and expert detail can be seen in every dish, with taste being the main focus of these dishes. The design of the restaurant is stunning: high end wood, exposed brick and luxurious, comfortable chairs create a relaxed and cosy environment. The bar area surrounds the cooking space, giving the customer a full view of the kitchen. Modern cooking techniques are utilised to release flavours in optimal ways. There is an outstanding selection of sake which should be tried with the sushi dishes, and the dessert options include exquisite doughnuts and very tasty gingerbread cheesecakes.
